EDPillGuide exists because men deserve a resource that gives them facts — not sales copy disguised as reviews.
Erectile dysfunction affects an estimated 52% of men over 40 — yet 70% never seek treatment, often because the conversation feels impossible to start. Meanwhile, the internet is flooded with biased "reviews" written by providers rating themselves, or affiliate sites that rank whoever pays them the most commission.
EDPillGuide was built to be different. We are an independent editorial operation. We have no ownership stake in any telehealth provider, no exclusive contracts, and no obligation to rank any company favorably. When we earn affiliate commissions, it's because a provider earned our recommendation on its merits — not the other way around.
Every provider review and medication guide on this site follows a documented, consistent scoring process. We do not accept payment for placement, upgraded ratings, or "sponsored" reviews.
We evaluate ED telehealth providers across five scored dimensions, weighted by their importance to the average user:
We audit provider pricing quarterly — comparing per-dose costs across dosages, subscription vs. one-time pricing, and total monthly cost of treatment. Prices on individual review pages are verified at the time of publication and dated accordingly.
All clinical content — medication guides, side effect profiles, dosage information, and safety sections — is reviewed by a licensed medical professional prior to publication. We cite peer-reviewed research from PubMed, FDA prescribing information, and clinical guidelines from the American Urological Association (AUA) for all clinical claims.
We do not accept payment for editorial placement. We do not allow affiliate relationships to influence ratings. We do not publish sponsored reviews. We do not fabricate user testimonials. We do not make clinical claims without cited sources.
EDPillGuide.com participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a link to a telehealth provider on this site and complete a registration or purchase, we may earn a commission. These commissions help fund the operation of this site and allow us to continue providing free, independent content.
This never influences our editorial ratings. Providers are ranked by our scoring methodology regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists. We will state clearly when no affiliate relationship exists with a provider we review.
This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. § 255).
ED medication pricing and telehealth provider offerings change frequently. We update provider pricing data quarterly at minimum, and revisit full reviews annually or when significant changes occur. Each page displays a "Last Updated" date.
For editorial inquiries, corrections, or to report outdated information, please contact us here. We take accuracy seriously and address correction requests promptly.
No provider, drug company, or advertiser can buy a better rating. Our scores are the scores.
Every clinical claim links to its peer-reviewed source. We show our work.
Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page. You'll always know when we earn a commission.
